Leeds DEC asked me to create visually engaging & informative handbooks for teachers to promote their lesson plans within four subject areas.
They hadn't developed their branding in this area, so I worked with them to develop a visual strategy for presenting the information best, as well as a fresh suite of layouts from concept to production based on their specific audience and We arrived at four handbooks plus templates for further designs. The audience was both primary and secondary educators and the design needed to stand out and be clear.
Global Learning Leeds (formally Leeds DEC) are an education charity working with schools to help them deepen their understanding of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals set out by the United Nations. The design needed to tie in with the Sustainable Development Goals whilst also carrying a personality of their own.
I also worked on several 'Big Ideas' toolkits, simple templates to be used for all 17 of the Sustainable Development Goals and enabling educators to connect and understand lesson outcomes.
